Terms and conditions
- Any work created by Rise remains our sole property until full and final payments have been completed. This includes text, graphics and any coding we produce on your or your company’s behalf. Following job completion and fully-paid invoices, all rights explicitly become property of the client.
- Work is typically billed within 7 days of completion, payment must be made in full within 28 days of the date of invoice by unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to require an up-front deposit of no more than 50% prior to commencing work, unless specified otherwise.
- Websites designed by Rise must carry a small logo or text-based link pointing back to our site.
- If the client wishes to engage another designer/developer to maintain or alter their website, they are perfectly entitled to do so providing the following conditions are met: Our work may not be reproduced without first obtaining written permission from us; this includes, but is not limited to: banners, logos, graphics, text and coding.
- Your content must be legal according to UK law and you should hold the copyright releases to material including model releases (where relevant).
- Indecent material involving minors or animals is prohibited and, as a matter of principle, we will not entertain the hosting of such material on our servers or any third-party servers. We reserve to right to remove such content and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities. These conditions also extend to copyright infringement.
- Hiring Rise implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
